After the procedure the lips will appear more intense in color but will gradually fade to the desired shade over a few weeks. The entire session takes approximately 1.5 - 3 hours.

If you have had a cold sore in the past, it is recommended to use a prescription of Valtrex provided by your doctor. It is recommended to take it one day prior, the day of your procedure, and three days following. This will help prevent a cold sore outbreak. Follow this same recommendation for your touch-up at 6-12 weeks.
